Important Information

Location

  • Drop off/pick up from Main Reception.

Please call Kids Aloud (07934 043843) to let a member of staff know that you have arrived to collect your child and they will bring them down to main reception.

Bookings

  • All bookings must be made in advance on ParentPay, places at each session are limited.
  • To make a booking log into your ParentPay account, go to the Kids Aloud or Breakfast Club payment items (there is one for each day), select the day, add to the basket and checkout to complete the payment. You will also be asked for your contact details and any medical or dietary information at the time of booking.
  • When booking your child a place at Kids Aloud please ensure that the money is available on your account at the time of booking.  If payment is not made within two hours of booking the place, this will be cancelled by ParentPay even though it may still show as booked on your account.  The school do not get notified of any bookings that are cancelled due to funds not being available and this causes issues with our club registers.
  • Please note if you have not made a booking and paid via ParentPay by 12:30pm on the day of the session, your child’s place will not be guaranteed and in some cases may not be accepted. We are often at full capacity and we cannot always accommodate late or forgotten bookings.
  • If your child is put into Kids Aloud after not being collected from school, parent/guardian will be charged £7 for the cost of a Kids Aloud session.
  • Please note Breakfast Club and Kids Aloud are only open during term time.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the session by email standrews_primary@sch.warrington.gov.uk or by phoning the school on 01925 630498 to receive a full refund.
  • Sessions cannot be transferred.
